My first call with Anth was full of anxiety, fast-talking by a person who was ready to break with the pressure of work.

Anth agreed to come and meet and as we sat and chatted about some of the issues and Anth said he thought he could help us. It’s important to say that Anth openly said at the start that if he didn’t think he could help, he would say so.

We agreed to initially put a regular weekly meeting in the diary for 60-90 minutes. I was nervous at first. I was thinking I don’t have time to eat lunch, never mind another regular meeting. I also knew that if I didn't change something, nothing was going to change.

We are now well into 10 sessions and I can’t express how much of a change it has made to my life, in and out of work, and to see Rob growing as the businessman “he wants to be” not the one he thought he should be because others said that’s how it should be done.

It might have taken a few years to find the right coach, but we are now working with someone who is helping us make massive improvements to our business and not just taking off the bottom line.

We do wish we’d met Anth 5 years ago. If you’re reading this, please don’t wait another 5 years before making a change for the better.
