Why are Influencing Skills so Important for Safety Professionals?

But, "words are wind!" It's behaviours that count.

If you’re a safety professional you’ve probably frequently experienced the frustration of trying to get people to follow the procedures and commit to safety as a genuine priority.
People often mistake Health & Safety Management as a procedures job. It’s true that good procedures form the bedrock of good safety management. But, at the “coal face” safety is a people job.

The training is highly interactive and personalised to your challenges and goals in managing and leading QHSE
